1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tom E. Moffatt Ltd. If you are not entirely happy with your order, here are the guidelines for returning or refunding your items:

• You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, and it should be unused and unaltered.
• E-books and downloadable products are not eligible for return or refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

• Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

3. Refund Process

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item, etc.). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the order. We will provide instructions on returning the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs. You can choose to receive a replacement item or a refund.

7. E-books and Downloadable Products

E-books and downloadable products are not eligible for return or refund. Please ensure that you verify the format and content of these products before purchasing.
